Taking a test. No account, no email address and no signup. Your answers are stored so your reading can be produced and so you can open it again later, at its own link. If you never pay for that reading, we hold nothing that identifies you and no way to connect it to you.

Buying a reading. Our payment provider acts as merchant of record and collects the details needed to take payment and meet tax obligations. We never see or store your card details, and our payment provider does not pass us your email address. What we keep against your reading is the transaction number. It is what lets us restore your access if you lose your link, because the same number is printed on your receipt. If you no longer have the receipt, our payment provider can find your transaction from the address you paid with, and we take it from there.

The email address you give us. After you buy a reading, we offer to email you the link to it. That field is optional, we only show it once a reading is paid for, and if you skip it we hold no address for you at all. If you do use it, we store that address against that reading for one reason: so we can send you the link again if you ask, at our lost link page. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not send marketing, and we do not share the address with anyone. Ask us and we will delete it while leaving your reading where it is.

Conversations you paste in. One of our tools reads a conversation you provide. Before it goes anywhere, email addresses, phone numbers, links, handles and names are removed from it – once in your browser, where you are shown what was found and can edit it, and again on our side. If you provide a screenshot instead of pasting text, the image is read on your own device and is never uploaded.

You are still responsible for what you submit. Do not submit anyone else’s personal information, and remove anything identifying that matters to you before you send it – automatic removal is a safety net, not a guarantee.

Where a language model is involved. Two of our three tools send something to a language-model provider, which processes it to produce your reading and does not use it to train models. The Text Analyzer sends the edited version of your conversation. The Compatibility Check sends a summary built from your scores, together with a few of your context answers, such as how long this has been going on and what you said you want. The Situationship Test sends nothing at all: every word of that reading is written in advance and assembled on our side.

Which country a reading came from. We record the two-letter country code your reading was taken from, so we know which markets to write for. Not your city, not your region, and not your IP address – the code comes from our host and the address itself never reaches us. It tells us nothing about who you are, and it is not used to treat you differently.

Counting free analyses. To stop one person exhausting a free tool, we count usage per device. Your IP address is not stored: it is converted into a one-way fingerprint that cannot be turned back into an address.

Cookies and tracking. We do not set cookies, we do not run advertising or analytics pixels, and we do not build a profile of you across sites. There is nothing here to consent to, which is why we do not ask.

How long we keep things. A reading you paid for stays available for at least 12 months from the date of purchase, because the link is how you get back to it. An email address you gave us is kept alongside that reading and for no longer than it. A free reading is kept until you ask us to delete it, and never has an address attached to it. Records our payment provider must retain for tax purposes are governed by their own policy and by law.

Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. For deletion, email us the link to your reading and we will remove it; if you paid for it, deleting it does not affect your right to a refund, but it does mean we can no longer restore it for you. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
