You never gave us an address. That’s the usual reason, and it’s fixable. Email hello@loveapparently.comcopied with the transaction number from your payment receipt and we’ll restore your access. No receipt either? Write from the address you paid with and we’ll trace it through our payment provider.

The reading was free. Free results can’t be recovered, and that is the honest cost of not asking you for anything. We only ask for an address after a purchase, so a free result has nothing attached to it – not your address, not your name, nothing. Take the test again; it’s still free.

We keep paid reports available for at least 12 months from the date of purchase.
