We sell digital reports: Text Analyzer, The Situationship Test, Compatibility Check. Each is delivered as a web page you open by link, and can be downloaded as a PDF. Payment is processed by our merchant of record, who is the seller of record for your purchase and who issues your receipt.

The report is generated from the answers you give. It describes patterns in behaviour that you have reported. It is not a factual claim about any person, it is not a psychological assessment or diagnosis, and it is not advice from a licensed professional. It is intended for entertainment and personal reflection.

Parts of some reports are produced by an automated system rather than written in advance by us, and our Privacy page sets out exactly which parts and for which product. The Text Analyzer works only with conversations in English and will tell you so instead of guessing.

You must be 18 or older to purchase. The report is licensed to you for your own personal use. You may not resell, republish or redistribute it.

Your report is delivered immediately after payment. You may request a full refund within 30 days for any reason – see our Refund Policy.

Access to your report is by link, and there is no account. We do not ask you to register or to give us an email address in order to take a test or to buy a report. Your reading lives at its own web address, and that address is how you open it again. Save the link, or download a copy using Save as PDF on the report itself. After a purchase we also offer to email you the link; that is optional, and if you use it you can have it sent again at any time from our lost link page. If you take a test and do not pay, that result cannot be recovered once the link is lost, because we hold nothing that identifies you. If you have paid and lose the link, contact hello@loveapparently.com and quote the transaction number shown on your payment receipt, and we will restore your access. If you no longer have the receipt, write from the address you paid with and we will trace it through our payment provider. We keep paid reports available for at least 12 months from the date of purchase.

If any product asks you to submit a conversation, you are responsible for removing names and anything that identifies another person before submitting it.
