Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, email hello@loveapparently.com within 30 days and we will refund you in full.

You do not need to give a reason. You do not need to have contacted us about a problem first. Ask, and the refund is issued.

Refunds are returned to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank it can take up to ten business days to appear.

Our merchant of record processes the refund on our behalf, and you may also request it directly through them using the receipt they emailed you at the time of purchase.
